How long is your production lead time?
Sample lead time:7-15 days; Mass production order Lead time:7-30 days after receiving deposit, it depends on items, quantity and season.
What is your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit, T/T the 70% balance before loading container. T/T 50% deposit, T/T the 50% balance before loading ( For customization order)
How can l get your latest catalog and price?
Send me a email or inguiry to get the newest cataloque - Selected your interested items and confirm the detail requirement, such as size, color, material, quality standard or market, your required trade term, etc, then we will work out costs for you.
How much is the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depends on the final packaging volume 、 delivery time and delivery address. So we can provide the correct delivery fee after we get these information:1, Confirmed final order 2, Delivery term: FOB or ClF or DDU with detail delivery address and post code (Which you need?) 3.Estimated delivery time?
What is your package?
We used standard exporting carton or woven bag or wooden packaging, it depends on item and customer's requirements.

What is your MOQ?
It depends on items. For retail or customization orders. it is no MOQ requirement. For wholesale items, the MOQ is 1*20GP, You can mix 3-4 models in one container.
How long is the warranty ?
Five years quality guarantee period for main construction.Juelun Company 100% responsible for all damaged products during transportation if it is handled by Juelun Company's forwarder, no matter what reason is.
Can we customize my own designs ?
Yes, Juelun has a lot of experiences in customizing furiture according to your own design. Both OEM and ODM are available. Once you confirmed, we have engineer to make the CAD drawing according to your detail requirements. You can customize your own logo, size, material, color, etc.
How can l know the completion of my order?
Here is the process of the order: inform my company the items you want to buy --Confirm the order -- pay deposit -- start production --take photos of finished products to you for confirmation or you can arrange the 3rd party's inspection --Pay the balance payment -- Confirm the vessel with customer and book shipment -- loading container -- send documents.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little mould fee and extra labor fee. And we wil pay back the charges beyond the wholesale price if you place mass production order.
